  • About the Role :

    • We're looking for a Creative Lead who brings together the strategic thinking of a brand marketer, the visual instinct of a designer, the flair of a storyteller, and the discipline of a campaign manager.
    • This role sits at the heart of our brand and will lead all things creative, content, communication, and campaigns - from how we show up on a hoarding, in an Instagram story, or at an industry event, to how we're perceived in press articles or a sales pitch deck.
    • You'll be the custodian of our evolving brand voice and visual identity, driving consistency, emotion, and impact across every touchpoint.
    • Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead and inspire the creative vision for Onsurity across brand, design, content, social, PR, motion, and events.
    • Own and evolve the brand identity as we roll out a fresh new look and feel for the SME market.
    • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, social, and events that build awareness, consideration, and pipeline.
    • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of designers, content creators, video editors, and social media specialists.
    • Translate business goals into compelling narratives, copy, visual stories, and brand expressions.
    • Work closely with product marketing, performance, growth, SDRs, partnerships and sales to ensure brand efforts are in sync with the GTM engine.
    • Conceptualize and oversee the production of videos, explainers, and brand films with strong storytelling.
    • Build and nurture relationships with agencies, production houses, writers, PR consultants, freelancers, and creative partners.
    • Be the voice of the customer and the market, ensuring our storytelling resonates with SMEs, startups, and modern businesses.
    • Stay on top of cultural, design, and marketing trends to keep the brand relevant and fresh.
    • Bring a clear POV to the table but collaborate with flexibility, always aligned with business context and impact.
    • What We're Looking For :

    • 10+ years of experience across agency + in-house brand roles - someone who's seen both sides.
    • Background as an Account Manager turned Brand / Creative Strategist, or a design / content leader who has evolved into brand ownership.
    • Proven success in building and leading creative teams and delivering high-impact, multi-channel brand campaigns.
    • Hands-on ability to write creative copy, content, scripts, and translate strategy into storytelling.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, motion graphics, and digital-first thinking.
    • Experience with content marketing, PR, events, and social media strategy.
    • A strong eye for detail - you don't just sign off a deck; you elevate it.
    • Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and the nuance of storytelling for different decision-makers is a plus.
    • Highly collaborative, with the maturity to take feedback, adapt, and still maintain high creative standards.
    • An inspiring leader and coach who can get the best out of creative minds while keeping the brand's big picture in view.
