▷ (Urgent Search) Automobile Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking multiple Automobile Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team across Thane and Navi Mumbai. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough pre-delivery inspections of new / pre-owned cars at dealer showrooms / or seller premises on behalf of customers who are purchasing vehicles. Your meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Responsibilities :

• Conduct pre-delivery inspections of newly purchased / preowned cars at dealer showrooms / seller premises, ensuring they meet the company's and the automotive industry's quality and safety standards.
• Perform comprehensive checks on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical components, and more as per defined systems and processes.
• Identify and document any defects, damages, or discrepancies in the vehicles, providing accurate and detailed reports for further action in line with company processes and SOPs
• Collaborate with dealership staff to address and resolve any issues found during inspections, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
• Ensure that all inspections are completed within the designated timeframe and in adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, explaining inspection results, and offering technical advice as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and inspection protocols to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
