Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement cloud security services aligned with pre-defined architecture frameworks.
  • Maintain and improve the security posture of cloud platforms, especially Azure.
  • Identify, monitor, and remediate vulnerabilities across cloud environments.
  • Define and enforce security controls, policies, and access configurations using defense-in-depth principles.
  • Design network security solutions, including hybrid cloud network architectures integrating traditional controls.
  • Utilize cloud-native tools such as Azure Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Sentinel for security monitoring and incident response.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging cloud security technologies and best practices.
  • Support incident response processes and security logging.

Preferred Skills & Expertise :

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing models : IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
  • Knowledge of key security frameworks : ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls.
  • Experience with cloud security platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Deep expertise in cloud security areas such as identity and access management (IAM), data protection, network security, SIEM, SOAR, DevSecOps, PAM, PKI, and Zero Trust models.
  • Experience designing and implementing access configurations and security policies in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and .NET.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud network security design and defense-in-depth strategies.
  • Ability to use and manage cloud-native security tools like Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Preferred certifications : Azure Security Engineer (or equivalent cloud security certifications).
