We're seeking a talented Full stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Tangerine Digital.

We are specifically looking for Core Java Developers with strong backend skills, who can also work across the full stack when required.

Key products include a Digital SDP that acts as a aggregation layer for Service Providers to seamlessly integrate with MNOs; a No Code Integration Platform that serves as an enterprise-grade ESB; and a No Code API Manager capable of creating (TM Forum and Camara-compliant) APIs, as well as undertaking the complete API lifecycle management.

Role Description

As a Core Java Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing and building powerful digital platforms that drive performance and innovation. From developing scalable backend systems to creating seamless user experiences, your expertise will help deliver cutting-edge solutions that engage audiences worldwide. Candidates with experience in project coordination or team leadership will be given added preference, as we value developers who can contribute to both technology and execution excellence

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 5-years of Experience on coding and development

Should have experience in JAVA 8+, Data structure and Algorithms, SPRING : Spring Data Jdbc, Spring Security, Spring Boot, Spring Cache, Spring Rest and Spring MVC, Mongo DB, Postgress DB.

Able to write well designed, testable & efficient code.

Able to learn new platforms and ensure designs are compliant with specifications of existing platform.

Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Communicate with business partners to handle technical integration between both systems.

Desired Qualities

Strong academic background with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.

Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, with hands-on experience in No Code platforms.

Comfortable working across diverse geographies and time zones, collaborating effectively in dynamic environments.
