Job descriptionExtract BOQ from drawings (pipes, fittings, pumps, vessels, media). Assist in preparing proposals, costing sheets, and technical documents . Support sales team with technical inputs and pricing clarity. Evaluate supplier quotations for technical compliance . Prepare techno-commercial comparison sheets . Ensure accurate data sheets, curves, and equipment specifications. Provide technical support to site team during installation and commissioning. Troubleshoot design-related issues during execution. Ensure alignment between design, civil levels, and actual site conditions. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering . 2–5 years experience in STP / WTP / ETP design or similar projects. Strong skills in pump selection, TDH / pressure drop calculations, vessel sizing , and BOQ preparation. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Excel.
We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented Design Engineer who can handle end-to-end technical design, equipment selection, BOQ extraction, and support site / proposal teams. The role aims to reduce technical load on senior management and ensure accurate, executable designs.
Design and Engineering -
- Prepare technical designs , design calculation sheets, PFD, P&ID, and hydraulic flow diagrams.
- Select and size pumps, blowers, vessels, filters, panels , and media.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and site practicality.
- Provide inputs for GA, plan & section drawings and plumbing 2D layout.
