Job Title : - Senior Consultant (ServiceNow HRSD) Duration : 2 Months with possible extension Immediate Hire. Location : - Remote Role Summary : - Seeking a strong Senior Technical Lead with hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience. You will help set direction in design of applications and functions within the HRSD modules and platform to ensure objectives are met and results delivered. You will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our HR operations and help drive business results by developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You live and breathe ServiceNow. Essential Responsibilities : - Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product including establishing key milestones and high-level architecture Drive the HRSD Solutioning by designing and bringing the state of the art of the HRSD Product. Advice the business and technical teams on Best Practices for ServiceNow. Lead the enhancement phases to deliver ServiceNow's advanced features. Establishing / validating user journeys and creating the user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities. Lead the discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities Leverage your ServiceNow HRSD Experience to identify requirement gaps and technical debt and mitigate accordingly. Work with a team of both functional and technical stakeholders through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applications Oversee ServiceNow scripting and security best practices Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies) : - Years of experience : 3+ years Field of experience : ServiceNow HRSD Even if the candidate is a bit senior will consider but candidate should have 3 yrs in HRSD. Technical Skills : ServiceNow Logic and Scripts, HR Case Record Producers, Virtual Agent Conversations, Portal Widgets, REST Integrations, Flow Designer Flows, Case, HR Services, Knowledge, EDM, Employee Relations, Lifecycle events, Notifications, Surveys, Reports and Dashboards etc. Soft Skills : Have Strong oral & written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills & ability to influence others and lead small teams. Tools or Software (Required / Preferred) : Education Qualifications : Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred) : Have At least 3+ years of experience in Human Resources. Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in HR Technology. Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses including Driving License : Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) Desirable attributes of the worker (Experience / Skills / Competencies) : - Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
