Role Description

This is an internship on-site role for a Customer Success Manager Tranie located in Chandigarh, India. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with clients. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, analyzing customer data to improve service offerings, and developing strategies to maintain high customer engagement and loyalty. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will work closely with other departments to address customer needs and enhance overall customer experience.
