Job description

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish and sustain portfolio of Education Loans by deepening product penetration & creation of new markets
  • Channel Management & Relationship building with Business Partners (Consultants, Banks & Retail Connectors)
  • Tie up with Colleges & Education Institutions for direct acquisition of quality business
  • Ensuring Digital and Physical reach of Business
  • Track and convert all prospects generated, including customer service referrals
  • Coordinating with different stake holders for business growth and expansion

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a team LSH, BSM & ASMs to achieve the targeted disbursement
  • Educational institutes tie ups to increase partner institutes, managing relationships with schools, Generating business from different channels like aggregators, Test prep center's and Digital - Drive cross-sell of products like insurance.
  • Maintaining team productivity through trainings and performance improvement
  • Training partners on product & policy.
  • Business trend analysis and exploring new avenues to generate more business
  • Recommending process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area
  • Recommending improvements to processes and policies to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service
  • Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Required Experience

  • At least 12-16 years of relevant sales experience from Education Loan, secured loan and unsecured loan
  • Required Qualification

  • Graduation / MBA (Marketing)
