Job descriptionCollaborate closely with UX / UI designers to implement design frameworks and ensure pixel-perfect, cricket-focused user experiences Work with backend developers to integrate APIs for real-time cricket data, sensor information, and analytics services Partner with product managers to translate cricket domain requirements into technical solutions Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and StanceBeam's coding standards Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across web applications Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on React best practices Continuously improve the functionality and user experience of existing cricket technology applications Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development, React ecosystem, and sports technology Research and implement emerging technologies that can enhance cricket analytics and user engagement Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions for new product features 3-7 years of professional experience in React development, preferably in sports tech, analytics, or real-time data applications Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles : components, hooks, state management, lifecycle methods, and context API Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries including Redux / Zustand, React Router, and Axios Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first web development Proven experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for integrating backend services and real-time data feeds Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows Experience with modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar) Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and web analytics tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, crucial for handling complex sports data scenarios Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, product managers, and cricket domain experts Experience working in agile development environments with rapid iteration cycles Experience with TypeScript and modern React patterns (Server Components, Suspense) Knowledge of Progressive Web App (PWA) development and offline-first strategies Familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts) Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events) Background in sports analytics platforms, wearable device integrations, or broadcast technologies Competitive salary and equity options commensurate with experience Opportunities to work with cutting-edge sports technologies and innovative cricket analytics products A collaborative, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment where your contributions directly impact millions of cricket enthusiasts Access to the latest sports tech tools, cricket equipment, and analytics platforms to enhance your understanding of the domain Professional development opportunities including conferences, training, and certifications in both technology and sports analytics

Position Overview
As a Senior React Developer at StanceBeam, you will be instrumental in building the digital foundation that powers our cricket-inspired technology ecosystem. You'll develop high-performance, responsive web applications that transform complex sports analytics into intuitive user experiences for millions of cricket fans, players, and coaches worldwide. Working at the intersection of cutting-edge sports technology and modern web development, you'll create seamless interfaces that connect users to real-time cricket insights, performance data, and immersive digital experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development & Architecture
- Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive web applications using React.js for cricket analytics platforms, performance dashboards, and fan engagement applications
