Production Manager / head

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage the entire manufacturing process from planning to execution
• Develop and implement production planning and scheduling strategies to meet deadlines
• Ensure quality control standards are consistently maintained
• Monitor resource allocation , equipment, and manpower to optimize productivity
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production facility
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare and manage production budgets
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain) to meet business goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may affect production timelines
