Selected associate's day-to-day responsibilities include :

As an Influencer Talent Management – Associate at Kalakaaar, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of influencers and celebrities. You will assist in building relationships, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. Working closely with the talent management team, you will gain hands-on experience in negotiations, deal closures, and campaign planning while supporting the growth of our talent roster.

Selected associate's day-to-day responsibilities include :

Build and nurture relationships with influencers, celebrities, and content creators.

Serve as a point of contact to coordinate requirements, availability, and schedules.

Manage influencer and celebrity campaigns from ideation to delivery.

Draft proposals, track campaign progress, and ensure timely execution.

Identify potential collaborations and partnership opportunities.

Prepare deals, contracts, and ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Work closely with influencers to understand their needs, providing assistance with content guidelines, brand collaborations, and campaign briefs.

Ensure seamless coordination between talent and internal teams for content approvals and deliverables.

Conduct research on trending influencers, celebrity activities, and content formats.

Support in competitor analysis and campaign performance tracking.

Learning & Team Collaboration :

Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and strategy discussions.

Be open to feedback and contribute ideas to improve processes and talent engagement.

(Prior experience or strong interest in influencer marketing, celebrity collaborations, or entertainment management is preferred)

Working Days : Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
