Job Description

Lead end-to-end migration of Nintex Forms and Workflows to modern platforms

Design scalable, maintainable Nintex Workflow Cloud solutions

Upgrade and redevelop Classic and Responsive Nintex Forms into New Responsive Forms

Migrate Nintex Workflows for Office 365 to Nintex Workflow Cloud and redevelop related task forms

Analyze and refactor existing solutions dependent on SharePoint Online Lists, Libraries, and Content Types

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate migrated solutions with architects

Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices

Perform testing and provide post-migration support

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Nintex Forms (Classic, Responsive, New Responsive) and Workflows (O365 and / or Workflow Cloud)
• Proficient with Form and Workflow Designer
• Solid understanding of form logic, rules, workflow design, controls, events, actions, error handling, and large data handling
• Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications
• Expertise in workflow solution design and optimization
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Online concepts including Lists, Libraries, Content Types, and their limitations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Good to Have Skills

Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON

Experience with migration tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
