Team Lead - Web Development & Operations

Your tasks

• Lead and manage a distributed team of 16 web developers and operations.and QA-specialists across different locations in India.
• Act as a people manager support, coach, and develop team members to ensure high engagement, motivation, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Munich-based Team Lead to align strategy, priorities, and delivery across the global External Customer Applications landscape.
• Ensure reliable operations and continuous development of Rohde & Schwarz external customer platforms websites, customer portal, and eCommerce.
• Drive best practices in agile delivery, coding standards, and operational excellence.
• Oversee capacity planning, workload distribution, and resource management across the team.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Report on team performance, delivery progress, and operational KPIs to senior management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent within the team.
