Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Technical Lead to lead a team of 3–5 Salesforce developers and support engineers delivering ongoing Salesforce Managed Services for a large healthcare client. The role requires deep technical expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, hands-on leadership, and a proactive approach to incident and enhancement management.
The ideal candidate will act as the L2 technical escalation point, drive issue resolution, maintain platform stability, and ensure smooth communication with both business stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
o Lead and mentor a 3–5 member Salesforce team handling ongoing support, maintenance, and minor enhancements.
o Oversee daily operations, ticket triage, and sprint planning to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
o Establish and enforce coding standards, deployment best practices, and review processes.
o Serve as L2 technical expert for resolving complex Salesforce issues escalated from L1 support.
o Ensure incidents are accurately categorized, prioritized, and resolved based on business impact and severity.
o Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
o Coordinate with internal and client teams to manage critical or high-priority incidents effectively.
o Maintain transparent communication with client stakeholders regarding ticket status, SLAs, and blockers.
o Collaborate closely with client IT and business teams to align support efforts with evolving business needs.
o Provide weekly status reports, RCA documentation, and recommendations for platform optimization.
o Identify automation and improvement opportunities in the support process (e.g., monitoring, deployment, testing).
o Propose and implement minor enhancements that improve user experience and system performance.
o Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend applicable updates or features for adoption.
