Role : Senior Delivery Lead / Offshore Account Partner
Location : Chennai or Bangalore (onsite presence preferred)
Experience : 10–15 years
Role Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned delivery professional who can serve as the primary point of contact at offshore , partnering closely with hiring managers and client stakeholders. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and quality delivery, driving client satisfaction, and progressively scaling into a full-time Account Manager role as the account matures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client & Account Management :
- Act as the primary offshore contact for client stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with client teams through regular engagement and on-site visits.
- Proactively identify and anticipate client needs to ensure smooth delivery and staffing.
- Delivery Management :
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of profiles to ensure timeliness, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
- Handle escalations, feedback, and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to meet demand forecasts.
- Governance & Compliance :
- Participate in service reviews, supplier meetings, and governance discussions.
- Ensure adherence to both internal and client compliance processes and reporting requirements.
- Demand Generation :
- Partner with client and internal teams to identify new opportunities and generate additional demand from offshore.
- Support account growth through proactive engagement and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience :
10–15 years of strong delivery management experience in IT services or staffing.Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle senior stakeholder interactions.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of IT hiring processes and resource management.Ability to travel locally to client locations as needed.Experience in scaling delivery teams and managing offshore operations.Growth Path :
