Project Manager

Technology : Cloud (AWS / Azure), Application stacks (Java / .NET), DevOps practices, project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

Job Description :

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timelines are met.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client expectations and organizational objectives.

Prepare and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies or traditional waterfall governance based on the project methodology.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Manage internal and external stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue escalation.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely delivery

Track project performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior management

Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Desired Profile :

Proven experience as a Project Manager with Minimum 8 years of experience in managing IT projects across application development, digital transformation

Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile / Scrum methodologies and Hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management

Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT service delivery, including scope, timelines, resource planning, and quality control

Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile / Scrum methodologies

Certification in PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL is highly desirable

Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
