About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of calling or customer interaction experience. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and supporting lead-generation activities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain company services / products clearly and address basic queries.
• Follow a structured calling script when required and maintain call quality.
• Track daily calls, update CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly / monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales / business development team to route qualified leads.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive tone during customer interactions.
