Job Location : Chennai (Work from Office)

Job Description :

• Plan monthly / weekly marketing activities for online & offline channels.
• Coordinate with social media, performance (Meta / Google) & creative agencies to oversee social media posts, emailers & WhatsApp campaigns
• Support product / collection launches, festive promotions & sale events
• Maintain Gehna’s brand aesthetic across all channels
• Track performance numbers (traffic, sales, AOV, repeat rates) and plan growth / retention strategy with agency / teams.
• Explore new growth avenues – partnerships, gifting, influencer / PR
• Work closely with operations, design & merchandising teams
