About the Role :

Self-Serve Business Intelligence is responsible for driving data & reporting strategy and enablement for all of the company. In addition, we own end-to-end the most critical reports and dashboards powering data-driven decision making at the company. We are looking for a data visualization expert with proven experience collaborating with stakeholders and technical partners to deliver impactful insights to the business. You will drive impact and collaboration across multiple business and technical domains and must set the bar higher for visual analytics at the company while fully owning the quality and adoption of your deliverables.

This position reports to the Senior Manager - Business Intelligence Engineering.

Specific Responsibilities Include :

• Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to monitor key trends and drive business decisions.
• Integrate new processes and technologies into the reporting tooling that you will own.
• Understand data needs by interfacing with partners in Investor Relations, Operations, Finance, Data Infra, & Tech.
• Train others on best practices for data visualization design.
• Build and validate new data models and pipelines in partnership with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data impact to drive product and business decisions.
• Become an analytics expert for Business Intelligence & operational reporting with ownership for data quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
