Finance & Accounts Associate

About Us :

Abhijith Preman & Co. LLP is a boutique Chartered Accountancy firm specialising in Virtual CFO services, startup advisory, and financial consulting. As part of our internal growth, we are seeking a Finance Lead to manage and oversee our internal finance operations.

Role Overview :

This is a non-client-facing, internal support role responsible for maintaining and monitoring the financial records and processes of the firm. The candidate will directly work with the firm's leadership and support strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting in Zoho Books
• Managing cash flow, vendor payments, and fund planning
• Monitoring and following up on Accounts receivable
• Preparing and presenting MIS reports and internal dashboards
• Assisting in business planning, budgeting, and financial analytics
• Ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings
• Coordinating with auditors, bankers, and external consultants when required

This role is strictly internal-facing and not intended for freshers, interns, or those looking for external client exposure. Candidates with a clear understanding of the job scope and a genuine interest in building a long-term career with the firm will be preferred.
