Role Title : Senior Quality Engineer I

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Functional Quality Engineers to join our Business Process Validation (BPV) team. The team validates our new travel ecosystem and functions as intended allowing end-users to execute core business processes across the travel journey.

Candidates will work across multiple products & engineering teams to lead execution of complex end-to-end BPV test cases, drive test planning and scripting, and mentor junior testers. Ensure thorough validation of new functionality and contribute to process and documentation improvements.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead test planning and design for quarterly releases.
• Develop, review, and modify test scripts and end-to-end flows.
• Execute test cases across systems and personas, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Document and report test activities, defects, and resolutions.
• Mentor junior testers and support their development.
• Collaborate with squad leaders and automation engineers to align on best practices.
• Surface and resolve issues or gaps in test coverage.
• Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
