Job descriptionOversee large-scale garment manufacturing units ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely deliveries. Implement lean manufacturing practices and ensure adherence to production timelines. Manage vendor performance, raw material flow, and capacity utilization effectively. Continuously identify areas for improvement in processes, quality, and productivity. Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with statutory regulations and customer standards. Maintain robust documentation and compliance with international apparel standards. Manage and mentor large cross-functional teams across production, quality, planning, and maintenance. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Drive workforce planning, training, and performance management initiatives. Liaise with internal departments like merchandising, sourcing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations. Engage with senior management for reporting, forecasting, and business updates.
