Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support / System Administrator to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining servers, network devices, user support, and ensuring system security, availability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, telephony and other IT-related issues (onsite and remote).
  • Experience with telephony / communication systems (Avaya, Genesys, SIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Zoom, Teams, Cisco).
  • Strong in troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident management
  • Administrator and maintain Windows / Linux servers, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Azure cloud PC and other enterprise systems.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
  • Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage IT assets, perform inventory audits, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored.
  • Enforce security best practices and company policies across systems and users.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement and support IT solutions.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, SOPs, and user guides.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working with global teams and vendors in a 24x7 support environment
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and / or Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune policy, M365 admin, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure cloud, AWS) is a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, SLA management, and escalation frameworks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Certifications (Optional but advantageous) :

  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals / MCSA / MS-900
  • ITIL Foundation.
