We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP IS Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP BTP solutions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and delivering effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of SAP BTP solutions for various projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively.
Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders on SAP BTP functionalities.
Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP BTP applications and services.

Skills and Qualifications

10-17 years of experience in SAP BTP or related fields.

In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP services including Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and Application Development.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or ABAP.

Experience with cloud platforms and services, particularly SAP Cloud Platform.

Strong understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Project management experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
