Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and committed Principal Integrity Engineer to lead our team of integrity professionals. In this role, you will serve as the technical lead, overseeing integrity management activities across Oil & Gas assets in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. Your responsibilities will include delivering Integrity Management services, driving Corrosion and Risk Management programs, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of integrity engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth. Actively promote talent development to build a high-performing engineering team capable of delivering best-in-class services.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Integrity Management Systems (IMS) for pressure equipment, pipelines, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and pressure relieving devices across upstream, midstream, and downstream assets.
Drive corrosion control initiatives including material selection, cathodic protection, coatings, corrosion inhibitors, and water wash operations.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with RBI software tools (e.g., Meridium, PCMS, Capstone, E2G, Fame+, RBI-P, DNV-Synergi, CREDO, Shell-RBI etc.). Apply client-specific RBI methodologies to deliver tailored integrity solutions. Lead large-scale RBI projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with client expectations.
Guide the development of comprehensive examination schemes and inspection workpacks based on RBI outcomes. Ensure all stakeholders are fully conversant with work scopes and inspection requirements.
Ensure all integrity activities comply with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., API, ASME, AMPP-NACE, AS etc.) and regulatory requirements.
Analyze inspection and monitoring data to identify degradation mechanisms and recommend mitigation strategies. Prepare accurate and concise technical reports, reviews, and trend analyses related to integrity and risk assessment.
Promote the adoption of advanced technologies and methodologies to enhance asset integrity, optimize inspection intervals, and reduce lifecycle costs.
Assist the Line Manager / Project Manager in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managing service delivery. Support contract management, including budgeting, forecasting, and technical assurance. Contribute to bids, proposals, and marketing materials for global operations and support business development efforts with prospective clients.
Train junior engineers and supervise their work, ensuring quality and consistency in technical deliverables.
