🚀 Hiring : Data Engineering & Infrastructure – SME / Instructor (Part-Time | Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Instructor to lead high-impact sessions of our Data Engineering & Infrastructure program.

📌 Role Overview

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create, deliver, and mentor professionals across the following modules :

🎧 Audio Data Engineering

  • Transform Audio : Extract Features & Augment Models
  • Debug Audio Models : Performance & Root Cause Analysis

🏥 Healthcare Analytics

  • Healthcare SQL for Patient Outcomes

    • 🎯 Key Responsibilities

    ✅ Deliver live training sessions and hands-on workshops

    ✅ Develop learning materials – playbooks, datasets, templates, use cases

    ✅ Mentor participants, review projects, and provide industry-aligned feedback

    ✅ Collaborate with the L&D team to enhance curriculum delivery & effectiveness

    ✅ Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or MLOps
  • Hands-on expertise with audio feature extraction (Librosa, MFCCs, spectrograms, augmentation)
  • Strong knowledge of model debugging, performance tuning & error diagnosis
  • Proficient in SQL for healthcare datasets (EHR, patient outcomes, clinical dashboards)
  • Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and simplifying complex concepts
