Role Overview :
The General Manager – Hospitality will be responsible for leading and managing business development and key account relationships with hospitality clients across India for the Fitness Equipment Division. This role involves driving sales growth, managing national accounts, developing strategic partnerships with leading hotel chains, resorts, and serviced apartments, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the Hospitality vertical for the Fitness Equipment business across Pan India.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the hospitality segment.
- Manage relationships with key hospitality customers, including hotels, resorts and clubs.
- Identify and onboard new clients, projects, and opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Service and logistics) to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive long-term partnerships with major hospitality groups.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competition, and business opportunities.
- Oversee customer support and post-installation service coordination to ensure a superior client experience.
- Represent the company at hospitality expos, trade fairs, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.10–15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Fitness Equipment, Hospitality, or Premium / Luxury Brands.Proven experience managing key hospitality accounts at a national level.Strong network within hotel chains, developers, and architects involved in hospitality projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively across India.
