Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources & Marketing Intern at Youth United Festival based in Chennai. The intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Additionally, the intern will support marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, event planning, and content creation.

Qualifications

• Strong Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
• Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in event planning is a plus
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
