Job description

1. Conduct daily VC / TP room testing and ensure system readiness.

2. Check VC connectivity with other VC / TP locations across PAN India and internationally as required.

3. Generate and share daily reports with the client.

4. Manage and support VC meetings, board meetings of MDs, and other VIP sessions.

5. Monitor all VC / TP meetings and proactively address issues.

6. Provide VIP IT support for Outlook and other end-user applications.

7. Coordinate with vendors and service providers (COSMOS Business Machine, Poly / HP, Crestron, Extron, Microsoft Teams, etc.) to resolve ongoing issues.

8. Maintain VC support ticketing and reporting systems (issue tracker reports, daily VC call reports, daily testing reports).

9. Participate in escalations involving network, messaging, and client teams related to VC / TP issues.

10. Attend client meetings to discuss requirements, new implementations, and improvements for VC / TP setups.

11. Provide additional support for regular meetings and assist users with Wi-Fi or connectivity-related issues.
