Job Title : Asst Manager – Accounts & finance

Location : - Wada, Maharashtra nearby Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Associate to join our finance team.

The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions,

maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards

and regulations

Key Responsibilities

 General Ledger Management : Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all

transactions are recorded accurately.

 Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring

timely payments and collections.

 Bank Reconciliation : Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements

regularly to ensure accuracy.

 Financial Reporting : Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual

financial statements.

 Tax Filing : Support tax-related filings and documentation, ensuring compliance with

regulatory requirements.

 Data Entry : Accurately input financial data into accounting software systems.

Qualifications

 CA Inter.

 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.

 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

 Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

 Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
