Job Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
• File Quarterly TDS returns and various GSTR returns within statutory timelines.
• File GST Annual Return (GSTR-9) and Reconciliation Statement (GSTR-9C).
• File income tax returns for clients.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and related documentation as required.
• Follow up on payments and collections from respective clients.
• Handle Facebook Ads and Google Ads invoice processing, including verification and submission.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure data is regularly updated in respective trackers and internal systems.
• Record all accounting entries accurately in Tally.

Basic knowledge of Income-tax, GST and Companies Act will be added advantage
