E-commerce Marketing Director (Part-time) – Mimpikita

Mimpikita is looking for a part-time E-commerce Marketing Director to lead our online growth strategy. You’ll oversee performance marketing, CRO, customer acquisition, and retention across all digital channels to scale our e-commerce revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize e-commerce marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, CRM).
• Improve conversion rates, customer journey, and online sales funnel.
• Lead performance campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Manage A / B testing, analytics, and reporting.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
