Job Description – Test Manager (CIB - Cash Management - UAT)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Test Manager – Cash Management who will be based out of Navi Mumbai - India and required to travel onsite for a leading banking engagement. The role demands strong hands-on testing capability, deep Cash Management domain knowledge, and the ability to lead UAT, test governance, and stakeholder coordination across CIB and related product modules.
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Strategy & Governance
- Define test strategy, test plan, UAT approach, and regression coverage.
- Translate business & functional requirements into structured test scenarios and scripts.
- Lead governance checkpoints, daily progress reporting, and go-live readiness reviews.
2. Testing Delivery (Hands-On)
Create detailed test cases, test data, and traceability matrices.Drive UAT cycles , defect triage, and closure with Tech & Business teams.Perform end-to-end test execution across Channels → Middleware → Product Processors.3. Cash Management Domain
Strong functional expertise in :Payments & CollectionsLiquidityIndemnity & Product ProcessorsCIB Cash Management WorkflowsValidate complex financial flows and integration scenarios.4. Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Product Owners, CIB business teams, Technology, and QA leadership.Support the Head of Testing in managing risks, blockers, dependencies, and reporting.Required Skills & Experience
10–12+ years of testing experience.Strong hands-on experience in :Cash Management & CIB domainsTest Design & ExecutionUAT Management and End-to-End TestingMiddleware / API validationStrong ability to work independently and handle business-facing responsibilities.Preferred Skills
Experience with Intellect CBX (Corporate Banking Exchange) will be strongly preferred.Exposure to Digital Channels and Indemnity modules.Experience working with GCC banking clients (added advantage).Engagement Details
