Hiring | Quantitative Researcher (AI / ML) – Remote (India)

A tech-driven investment firm is building out its quantitative research team in India. The team works closely with experienced traders and researchers from top HFT and systematic backgrounds, focusing on real, production-driven AI/ML models used in live investment strategies.

This is not a paper-only research role. You will work end-to-end — from model development to performance tracking — with direct visibility and ownership.

Day to day role:

• Building and improving predictive AI/ML models used in investment strategies
• Developing and testing new ideas, tracking live performance
• Working closely with engineering, research, and senior decision-makers
• Writing clean, production-quality Python used beyond research notebooks

To apply you should have:

• 3+ years of quantitative research experience (financial services preferred)
• Strong Python and experience with production-grade ML models
• Hands-on exposure to predictive modeling, tuning, and performance analysis
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Bonus if you’ve worked with financial math, fixed income, or credit products
