At Balance Mental Space (BMS) , we are designing a system that meets people where they actually are.
We’re currently developing a Group Support Therapy Model — an intervention designed to bring structured, evidence-based group support to community and institutional settings across India.
To bring this vision to life, we’re inviting a Clinical Psychologist with both clinical expertise and research design skills to co-create this model with us.
🔍 Role Overview
This is not a typical therapy role — it’s a chance to co-develop a psychological product from concept to validation.
You’ll collaborate directly with Deepak Gupta (Counselling Psychologist & Founder, BMS) to conceptualise, pilot, and publish a scalable group therapy framework that blends evidence-based psychology with Indian cultural contexts.
