Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
1. Delivering on projects using the best approach as set out within any project methodology processes.
2. Clearly defining project scope, costs, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders.
3. Defining priorities and requirements and managing the project through planning, design, build, testing, and service transition phases.
4. Ensuring the agreed objectives and success criteria are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Identifies and facilitates the resolution of any issues that may arise.
6. Managing 3rd party vendors and managing multiple individuals and project aspects running concurrently.
Required Technical Skill Set :
- Strong understanding of critical PM concepts such as activity plans, milestones, task dependencies, risk and issue tracking, status reporting.
- Ability to effectively lead an engagement team, making effective and efficient use of project resources, identifying and resolving complex problems / issues related to people, processes, and technology and strategy, both internally (organizational) and externally (client / engagement / project).
- Strong understanding of, and ability to execute project management methodologies and tools
- Extensive problem solving and analytical skills
Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency) :
Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) :
Knowledge of Cybersecurity / IT and sound knowledge of Cyber risk and controls quantification.Project management experience or Service Management in IT infrastructure, Clouds, application development with IT infrastructure experience or Cybersecurity projects from conception to closure is required.Excellent understanding and knowledge of any one common industry cyber security frameworks, standards and methodologies, such as ISO2700x series, Disaster Recovery, Business continuity plan, Global data security and privacy acts, OWASP, PCI DSS, and NIST standards.Good-to-Have :
CISSP, SANS GIAC, CSSLP, CISA certification or its equivalent is preferred.Certified in PMI, PRINCE2 or APM. Certified in CSM, PSM or other Agile professional certification.Experience of working with diverse teams and is a team playerStrong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to think out of the box required.Excellent customer service and communication (oral / written) skills required.Skills Required
