Job description

Leads the technical team and coordinates User Access Review (UAR) assessments. Facilitates Integration Discovery sessions with application owners to gather technical and business requirements. Translates stakeholder needs into actionable technical solutions aligned with JetBlues security policies. Possesses advanced skills in designing and implementing complex integrations in Okta, including native and non-native connector integrations and workflow development.

Requirements :

Advanced knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, SAML, SCIM, OIDC

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders

Advanced English proficiency

Experience :

5+ years in IAM projects

Proven experience leading complex enterprise integrations

Hands-on experience with UAR assessments and access policy definition

Expertise in designing and implementing workflows for Okta integrations

Optional Certifications :

Okta Certified Consultant
