Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented OTA Executive to support our online travel distribution and ensure smooth coordination with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). The role involves handling OTA extranets, updating rates and inventory, ensuring listing accuracy, managing guest reviews, and supporting the revenue team in driving occupancy and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

OTA Management

  • Update and maintain rates, availability, and promotions across OTA platforms.
  • Ensure property listings (photos, descriptions, amenities) are accurate and up to date.
  • Support in maintaining rate parity across OTAs and direct channels.

Content & Quality

  • Coordinate with design / marketing teams for uploading new property photos and content.
  • Monitor guest reviews and ratings, ensure timely responses, and escalate feedback to operations teams.
  • Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with OTA account managers for promotions, tactical campaigns, and visibility offers.
  • Collaborate with sales, reservations, and front office teams to execute promotions and ensure smooth booking operations.
  • Performance Tracking

  • Track daily bookings, cancellations, and occupancy trends from OTAs.
  • Prepare basic reports and share insights with the OTA & Revenue Manager.
  • Required Skills & Attributes

  • Basic understanding of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing rates & inventory.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
