Join our dynamic marketing team as a Senior Performance & Retention Marketing Associate, where you'll lead paid media campaigns and drive customer growth and retention across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
What You'll Do :
Lead & optimise paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram)Analyse performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to boost ROIImplement audience targeting, retargeting, and custom segmentation for D2C brandsCollaborate with design team for creatives on ad copy, visuals & landing pagesRun A / B tests for continuous optimisationManage campaign budgets effectivelyAlign digital efforts with e-commerce funnels and retention strategiesProvide insights through weekly / monthly performance reportingStay up-to-date with Meta trends & e-commerce innovationsPartner with content, analytics & design teams for seamless executionDrive revenue growth through data-backed strategiesWhat We're Looking For :
3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on Meta Ads experienceStrong background in D2C & e-commerce strategyProficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, Shopify, and analytics toolsDeep understanding of customer journey, funnel optimisation & performance metricsExcellent communication & project management skillsA creative, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environmentBonus if you have :
