- Improving the overall technical experience of users for the service and ensuring all customers get equitable and reliable services.
- Complete understanding and deployment of network elements.
- Planning network solutions as per customer requirements.
- L2 Call Resolutions i.e. calls which are beyond pure connectivity.
- Providing technical assistance, Troubleshooting and Application fine tuning.
- Analyzing customer issues and suggesting further modifications.
- Ensuring the quality of overall L1 call resolution through random checks and audits

Experience in handling global customers / worked on Linux – 2-5 years
