What We’re Looking For :

10+ years of experience in Operations Management (BPO / International Travel process preferred)

Strong exposure to P&L management, client engagement & stakeholder management

Proven ability to drive performance, process improvements & team management

Prior expertise in International Travel Process will be an added edge

Excellent analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills
