We are looking for a
Senior-Level Controller
to lead all aspects of financial management for a dynamic organization with interests in real estate and family office operations. This is a strategic, senior-level remote position—ideal for someone who thrives on precision, structure, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and maintain full company books, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) efficiently.
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial close
processes.
Handle
intercompany accounting
and reconciliations.
Drive
cost-cutting
initiatives while identifying new
revenue growth
opportunities.
Develop and implement forward-looking
financial strategies
aligned with business goals.
Train, supervise, and develop accounting and finance staff.
Coordinate
tax filings
and compliance for both India and
U.S. entities
(including
U.S. income and payroll tax
exposure).
Utilize
QuickBooks
and other automation tools to streamline accounting workflows.
Build automation models in Excel and Power Query for reporting and forecasting.
Maintain structured documentation and ensure organized record-keeping.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
Strong background in
QuickBooks , accounting automation, and financial systems.
Deep understanding of Indian GAAP, intercompany transactions, and cross-border accounting.
Experience handling
U.S. financial reporting, payroll, and tax coordination
preferred.
Expertise in Excel, Power Query, and data-driven financial automation.
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
Real Estate or Family Office experience preferred.
Based in Bengaluru preferred, but open to candidates across India.
