Lead Analyst – HR Accounting (CA or CA Inter - General Ledger (GL), R2R, Journal Entries, Financial Reporting)

CTC : Up to 22 LPA | Location : Pune, India | Experience : 6 - 11 Years

Type : Full-Time | Shift : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM (Night Shift Allowances Provided)

Are you a strong accounting professional with hands-on experience in Indian Accounting Standards, GL Accounting, and Record-to-Report (R2R)?

A leading global organization is expanding its Finance & HR Accounting team and is looking for a highly skilled Lead Analyst – HR Accounting to manage critical GL processes, financial reporting, and global coordination.

Key Requirements (Must-Haves) :

CA or CA Inter (Only Preferred)

6–11 years of strong experience in Accounting & Finance

Hands-on experience with Indian Accounting Standards

Expertise in : General Ledger (GL), R2R, Journal Entries, Financial Reporting

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Experience in HR or payroll accounting is good to have (not mandatory)

Comfortable working in a night-shift hybrid setup

Roles & Responsibilities :

Record and process journal entries for HR-related transactions in line with accounting standards

Prepare and analyze financial statements with variance analysis & supporting schedules

Support incentive accrual processes with global team coordination

Perform GL reconciliations, balance sheet reviews & ensure compliance with internal controls

Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

Resolve discrepancies in Payroll GL interfaces and other financial operations

Update and maintain financial data across systems and applications

Collaborate with global teams for data inputs and accurate reporting

Lead day-to-day accounting issue resolution and provide analytical insights

Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and audit-driven activities
