We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI to join our advanced analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong foundations in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, along with experience building, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) and other generative models.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models, with a focus on Generative AI applications (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.) for specific business use cases.
• Build data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model outputs for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers, MLOps, and business teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Conduct research and experimentation on cutting-edge GenAI frameworks, tools, and datasets.
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through data storytelling and visualization.
