Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive

Omoney Capital (Investment & Broking) We are looking for a creative, versatile, and highly efficient On-Site Graphic Designer & Social Media Associate to elevate our digital presence.

Location : On-Site, Rajkot, Gujarat

Compensation : ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on expertise)

The Role : Visual Excellence Meets Digital Strategy You will be instrumental in evolving our brand aesthetic across all digital channels and providing essential support in managing our content flow and optimizing visuals for paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities : Visual Content Mastery : Design high-impact, professional graphics for all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Posts, Stories, Carousels).

Performance Graphics : Create compelling, click-worthy YouTube Thumbnails and visuals optimized for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

Social Media Management Support : Assist in developing and managing the Content Calendar and content scheduling to ensure consistent, timely posting.

Content Collaboration : Work closely with the leadership and content creation team, offering strategic input to enhance visual narratives and engagement.

Routine Graphics : Handle essential communication graphics (WhatsApp, internal communications).

Brand Consistency : Ensure all visual output maintains a high standard of quality, professionalism, and brand consistency.

✨ Structured Requirements Experience : Minimum 2+ years in professional Graphic Design or Digital Marketing roles.

Design Software (Must-Have) : Professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator .

Efficiency Tool : Highly skilled in using Canva Pro .

Social Media Acumen : Excellent understanding of platform-specific dimensions, current design trends, and engagement best practices.

Management Knowledge : Basic working knowledge of Content Calendar planning and general SMM workflows.

Ads / Optimization : Foundational understanding of how visuals are optimized for performance in Paid Media Campaigns (Meta / Google / LinkedIn).

Advantage : Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / other tools).

Details & Perks Work Timings : 10 : 00 AM to 06 : 00 PM (6 Days a week).
