CEO needed in a CBSE school in Durgapur, West Bengal.

Reporting To : Board of Directors

Experience : 15–20 years in school academic leadership, with proven success in student enrolment growth and institutional development

Job Summary :

Required dynamic and visionary leader to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer with 15–20 years of experience in school management / demonstrated track record of increasing student headcount and leading academic and infrastructural development. Will be responsible for overall school performance, strategic growth, operational efficiency, followed by enhancing the school's brand and outreach.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive School Turnaround Initiatives

Drive Student Admissions and Promote Hostel Facilities

Develop Non-Academic Revenue Opportunities

Lead Branding and Outreach Efforts

Oversee Infrastructure Development

Work closely with the Board to evaluate financial decisions, fee structures, and investments.

Represent the school at external events, educational conferences, and community initiatives

Candidate Requirements :

Master’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related field).

Minimum 15–20 years of experience in school leadership roles.

Proven track record of increasing student enrolment and leading academic or infrastructure expansion.

Skills & Competencies
