Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Salem. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. The Senior Accountant will also handle tax filings, audits, and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting skills
• Experience with Cash Flow Management and Financial Analysis
• Knowledge of Tax Filings and Audits practices
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
