Job description

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Junior Software Trainee to join our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-stage professionals to kickstart their careers in software development and gain hands-on experience with one of the fastest-growing programming languages.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and apply Golang fundamentals and best practices.
Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
Work closely with senior developers to understand system requirements and architecture .
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code .
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, QA, and DevOps .
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies .

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms .

0–1 year of experience in software development (freshers are welcome to apply).

Willingness to learn, adapt, and work under pressure .

Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) is an added advantage.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .

Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Location Preference : Candidates from Kerala are strongly preferred.
