We are seeking a Staff Backend Engineer with 10–15 years of experience to own and scale our backend systems while driving innovation at scale. This is a senior leadership-level engineering role with strong impact on product and technology.
What You’ll Do :
- Architect and scale large, distributed backend systems using Python / Django
- Define and enforce architecture patterns and engineering best practices
- Drive database performance tuning, caching strategies, and infrastructure optimization
- Ensure scalability, resilience, and high availability of applications
- Collaborate with leadership on technical strategy and roadmap
- Mentor and guide senior engineers to raise the technical bar of the team
