Job description7–10 years of strong experience in Python development , with team leadership or tech lead experience . Proven expertise with FastAPI (mandatory). Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases , cloud platforms , and Git workflows. Strong understanding of integration patterns , authentication , multithreading , and testing frameworks . Excellent problem-solving , communication , and people management skills.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend applications using Python and FastAPI (must-have).
- Oversee a team of developers — providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring .
- Architect scalable, high-performance solutions with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services .
- Manage application deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Apply design patterns , ensure adherence to coding best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency.
